For organisational reasons, spectators should note that payment for bookings must be made within 5 working days. If not, the tickets will be put back on sale. Except in case of force majeure, the performance will start on time. Five minutes before the advertised time of starting, numbered seats are no longer guaranteed. Staff in the auditorium will then allocate unoccupied seats. If possible and to the best of our ability, latecomers will be accommodated during a pause in the show. For subscribers, changes of date are accepted if there are seats available, at the latest 3 working days before the date initially booked. With this exception, bookings are firm and non-refundable. Seats which have been paid for cannot be cancelled, changed, exchanged nor refunded. It is forbidden to photograph, film or record during the performance. All personal data in our files are in accordance with the provisions of the law of 8 December 1992 relating to personal data protection.
