From 25 September to 6 October 2012

In 2010, Fabrice Murgia took off  to  venture along the legendary Route 66 which crosses the United States from East to West. Fabrice Murgia fell in love with this “ghost road”. “I see in it a double metaphor, both that of the decline of the USA and that of the failure of our economic system... The performance will be very musical, almost an opera...

She has just confirmed her talent by her real maturity in Dégage, petit !, a masterpiece which took two years of work and many more years of life and of theatre… Concentrated and unadorned, Dégage, petit ! is an amazing show which you never forget…” La Libre Belgique, September 2003.

LA LANGUE DE MA MERE SUR SCENE

Tom Lanoye (Toernee General en saison)
ABO GOURMAND
From 9 to 13 October 2012

With remarkable delicacy and impressively powerful writing, Tom Lanoye manages to make a very personal story and journey universal, and to play himself with such talent that this show is wonderfully beautiful and moving.

“Constantly surprising, Kiss & Cry is a moment of pure happiness, a small miracle of collective creation in a time of fanatical individualism. It is also a beautiful reflection of our souvenirs, with powerful images like those characters which literally disappear into gaps in your memory. A mixture of melancholy, humour and poetry which lifts your soul and your mind. Le Soir, March 2011

Tratando de hacer una obra que cambie el mundo

Directed by Marco Layera
La Re-sentida/Chile
(In the context of Festival de Liège)
29 and 30 January 2013

Ferociously self-parodying, something which is all too rare in the theatre, bursting with energy, the Chileans of the Re-sentida plunge us into the intimacy of their cave with its thousands of documents, lead us into the whirlwind of human relationships growing out of the group confinement; they sing, dance, shout, cry, they are delirious.

THE BLUE BOY

Brokentalkers/Ireland(in the context of Festival de Liège)
1 and 2 February 2013

"Brilliantly intricate staging that achieves a compellingly ritualistic quality.” The Irish Times

LA PEUR

Written and directed by Armel Roussel
ABO GOURMAND
From 19 February to 2 March 2013

“I want to explore the way the fear drives or even shapes society. Fear in all its forms, multiple and sometimes contradictory: fear of loving or of not being loved, fear of committing oneself or of recreating oneself, the fear of fighting against something, of losing a job, fear of death or fear – of life. And it is perhaps this last aspect that interests me the most. Because of the fear of not being accepted, of being marginalised, how do we  put in place those unconscious mechanisms which, finally, prevent us from being free.” Armel Roussel
