And we will not need lightning to weave suns

Midi Minuit / Afrique de l’Ouest

François-Xavier Gbré

For its second edition, the poetic and multidisciplinary Midi Minuit (‘Midday Midnight’) creates bridges and honours West African artists. A opportunity for sharing and discovery, this festival is a excursion for creation and reflection with Les Récréâtrales founded by Etienne Minoungou and Les Ateliers de la pensée started by the Senegalese poet, thinker and economist Felwine Sarr.

Poets and poetesses, directors, scenographers, performers, directors, will present and share their works from midday to nightfall.
