Innocent Walls

We are the real souls of the city.
We have colored our streets’ sad faces, built all your massive buildings
and put ideas of liberty on your tongues.

You just misshaped
everything we’ve created.
The compulsory way
of showing yourself on the wall look like a tragicomedy.

Like your black words
from your tribunes of lies corrupt our sadness into joy.

No matter how wide these posters are, there is no power in your filthy faces. The running blood of our names, hidden under their authority will light a fire of justice.

Which under its smoke you will be vanished. Then,
we will retake our cities’ walls.
