The Théâtre National Wallonie-Bruxelles is keen to provide access to as many people as possible – people with reduced mobility, neuroatypicals, visually impaired or hearing-impaired spectators, etc. – and is actively working to put in place suitable solutions for everyone. 

In order to guarantee the best possible reception, we invite you to contact the Audience Relations team. Together we will find the most suitable solutions for participating in activities and attending performances: public@theatrenational.be 


Listening device for the hearing impaired
Audio from all performances in our three theatres is available live on smartphone, headphones and⁄or hearing aid. To do this, 3 simple steps:

  1. Download the Sennheiser MobileConnect application onto your smartphone.
    Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  2. Once at the Theatre, connect to the Wifi network TNB mobile connecte
  3. Scan the QR code of the corresponding room (available at the entrance or on request from the reception team)



Mobility Impaired Patrons
All our areas are accessible for patrons with limited mobility. To ensure the best possible welcome, please inform the Ticket Office at the Théâtre National of your visit in advance.

Relaxed performances
Relaxed performances offer an inclusive and caring welcome. They aim to make it easier for the broadest possible audience to come to the theatre, including those with special needs or sensitivities.


Daytime performances
To enable a wider audience to attend, the Théâtre National offers Daytime performances throughout the season.


Amplified sound
The Théâtre National is a category 3 establishment playing amplified sound.
To avoid any possible inconvenience, plugs are available free of charge in the vicinity of the halls. Please ask the reception staff for the nearest distributor.
