The indigenous Uru-Eu-Wau-Wau people live in a protected area of the Amazon rainforest. When Brazilian farmers try to seize their land, encouraged by President Bolsonaro, the group’s young leader and his mentor must defend their community from invasion. A conflict breaks out for their recognition and respect.
The film will be preceded by the announcement of the winners of the 2022 documentary competition.
Followed by a meeting with Elektra Lagos - RIDH.
