Qui m’appelle ?

Maguelone Vidal

15 & 16.03.2025
Musical theater – Performance

What do our first and last names say about us? What is our name the name of? How do we wear it? What do its sound and inflections say? What fantasies does it convey? What does it say about where we belong?

Maguelone Vidal and Maguelone Vidal have the same first and last names. Yet they are very different. One is a musician and director. The other is an architect. Tonight, they are on stage together. Something is about to happen.

A joyful exploration of our shifting identities, Qui m’appelle ? takes us on a rich collective experience: the names of the spectators become the notes, rhythms and melodies of a choral symphony that is both playful and moving.

The Maguelone Vidals and their companions sing loud and clear the diversity of human identities, each evening creating a new hymn to the singularity of each and every one of us.
