Shortly before the invasion of Ukraine, Zhanna, a pro-Kremlin Russian journalist, sets out on a journey across this country with her teenage daughter, seeking connection and transmission. But the journey soon turns into a profound questioning: of her role in state media, her relationship with her daughter, and her own relationship with truth. Filmed over several years, A Little Gray Wolf Will Come paints an intimate portrait of a generation in rupture, at the heart of a regime built on propaganda and control.
